Photo of the Week: Body Builder at Muscle Beach
Sometimes my favorite thing about travel is the interesting people I encounter. View an image I took of a body builder at Muscle Beach in California, where the infamous Ah-nold first got his start.
Photo of the Week: Moving Statues in Florence
Europe is known for its street performers who stand completely motionless and pretend to be statues. View a photo of two performers in a rare moment of movement.
Photo of the Week: Maroon Bells in Aspen, Colorado
Maroon Bells is the name for the beautiful mountains that tower over a gorgeous glacial valley in Aspen, Colorado. The stunning 14,000-foot twin peaks are claimed to be the most photographed mountains in Colorado (some claim in all of North America).
Photo of the Week: Octopi in Mykonos, Greece
I took this photo in Mykonos, a small island in the Cyclades in Greece. With so much coastline, it is known for its fresh seafood. Octopus is a local specialty and you can often find it drying in the sun.
Photo of the Week: Alaska at Midnight
During the summers, certain parts of Alaska stay light very late, and in some areas, it lasts the whole night. I took this photo around midnight while cruising through Alaska’s Inside Passage.
Photo of the Week: Inside the Pantheon
I took this picture inside the Pantheon in Rome, which was constructed by the Ancient Romans. It has a massive opening at the top of the dome that lets in natural light pour in. It remains one of the best-preserved buildings in Rome.
