South beach
It is strange to think that a tv show transformed south beach. Before Miami Vice hit the tv screens, residents never used to dare venture out at night because it was a hot bed of crime. Hotels that are now bustling used to remain empty. The space center is a must see! It has been the launch site for every US human flight since 1968, it also launches unmanned rockets as well. If you visit you will find a very impressive serf up for tourists, you will see museums, movies, rocket garden and get to take a tour of shuttle preparation and the launch facilities.
