		<description>When I went to India, my first meal I ordered Buttered Chicken - at home a chicken breast in a creamy sauce.  India had the chicken neck still attached to the breast, the sauce dark brown, I don&#039;t know what it tasted like, I just couldn&#039;t handle the neck sticking at 90 degrees off the plate!</description>
