When Ben at OffToEurope.com asked me to write a guest post for him, I decided I wanted to write about one of my most favorite cities in the world: Edinburgh, Scotland. The amount of history that comes from this city is astounding, and the architecture and greenery are gorgeous. I have an affinity for bagpipe music and Scottish accents, so I was in heaven. I also found that Scots are the friendliest people I have ever met.
